An oarsman trying for a second time to row the Pacific singlehandedly was again rescued. Andrew Halsey, 45, from London, who has epilepsy, was on the 128th day of his 8,000-mile journey when he was picked up by a Panamanian fishing boat 135 miles northwest of the Galapagos Islands.
