Rower vows to try Pacific again

An epileptic rower who has failed in a second solo attempt to cross the Pacific ocean has pledged to try again. Andrew Halsey, 45, from Clacton, Essex, was rescued by a fishing boat last week after capsizing 18 times in 36 hours in gale force storms.
